After moving from Wollongong to Sydney I was invited to join the LOTE Libraries Direct team as a Marketing Assistant to help the company maintain their position as the leading distributor of foreign language books to Australian libraries.

• Provide reports on the current foreign language book distributor market. After examining our current competitors, clients and suppliers I was able to open up another revenue channel providing rare Nepalese books and Australian Classified AV material.

• Update the LOTE Libraries Direct website and to do minor developments to make it more interactive and engaging.

• Streamline the order and inquiries process through moving the company away from paper based to electronic online ordering.

• Develop marketing collateral for the company at the Frankfurt Book Fair, the largest in the world.
