- Incoming call centre answering client queries re distance learning courses provided by Learning Post
- Matching client needs to the correct course and sending out information packs and then checking to see that they have received them and answering any questions that they have
- Providing clients with detailed information on the student loan process and advising them of the services available to them through WINZ.
- Accepting and interviewing prospective students to determine their suitability.
- Assisting the clients with the enrolment process and liaising with the course tutors to ensure a smooth start to the course.
- Reporting statistics to the Team Leader for monthly report.
